Settling order

1. You will be met in the nominated day and hour by our service placing agent, who will bring you to the indicated address!

2. On arrival in the apartment, the lease arrangement of living quarters with residing rules should be constituted

3. If you make a contract for short-term lease of living quarters it is necessary to have the civil passport with you, with a mark of the constant place of residence and (a passport x-copy).

4. Early arrival (from 6.00 till) or late departure (from 12.00 till) is paid as 50 % of daily residing. A checkout time is 12.00. Cleaning is from 12:00 till 14.00. In case of arrival till 6.00 and departure after 23.00 complete days of residing should be paid.

Extension or stay reduction of term should be adjusted with members of a company before.

5. The company has the right to terminate the lease arrangement in case of infringement of a public order by you.
